About the home

Top‑floor duplex in a Victorian mansion block on Shore Place, just off Well Street – surprisingly quiet for the middle of Hackney.

Currently set up as a 4‑bed while our freeholder finishes a window replacement in the fifth room (already scheduled).
Spacious layout: first floor has two bedrooms, a proper living room, big kitchen, plus separate WC and shower; top floor has three bedrooms and the main bathroom.
Optional on‑site parking by arrangement if needed.

The room:

Ensuite double, £1,100 pcm inclusive of all bills.
Bills include fast fibre broadband (mesh Wi‑Fi) and a weekly clean of the communal areas.
Washer and separate dryer in the flat.

Housemates:

You’ll be sharing with Ethan, Jules and Deckard (young professionals). Easygoing, considerate and sociable without living on top of each other. We’ve made this place a home and want someone who’ll enjoy it too.
