You will be sharing with just one person, Jo. Late thirties, queer, and I work full-time mostly in the office for the NHS. I have a pretty busy social life and would prefer someone similar. I would like to keep it a queer household, so LGBTQ+ housemate very much preferred. I'm very easy going and would like to share with someone who's up for the occasional glass of wine and chat but equally enjoys their own space.
The room comes unfurnished. Although I have a chest of drawers and a small wardrobe that I would be happy for the new housemate to make use of, if needed.
This is a gorgeous, cosy flat, renting directly from the landlord, so no pesky agents and greedy fees! The landlord is really lovely and accommodating, and the rent frankly is a steal for the area.
