Looking for a lovely new housemate to share this gorgeous 2 bed flat with one other (Jo she/her).

It's a spacious flat, with large bright rooms, and plenty of period features such as sash windows, fireplace and high ceilings. The available bedroom is a good sized double that overlooks quiet private gardens and has double glazing. The room is cool in the summer and retains heat very well during the winter. There is also storage space on the top landing and in the loft.

Located on the east side of Vicky park, the nearest train station is a 5 minute walk to Hackney Wick. 10 minute walk to Roman Road.

You will be sharing with just one person, Jo. Late thirties, queer, and I work full-time mostly in the office for the NHS. I have a pretty busy social life and would prefer someone similar. I would like to keep it a queer household, so LGBTQ+ housemate very much preferred. I'm very easy going and would like to share with someone who's up for the occasional glass of wine and chat but equally enjoys their own space.

The room comes unfurnished. Although the departing housemate is up for selling some of her furniture, and I have a spare bed frame that could be used by the new tenant.

This is a gorgeous, cosy flat, renting directly from the landlord, so no pesky agents or greedy fees! The landlord is really lovely and accommodating.
