Double room in spacious and cosy flat in Hackney

My lovely flatmate is leaving our 2-bedroom flat near Homerton station / across from Homerton Hospital so we're looking for someone to take over her lease until the end of the contract (3 months, with the option to extend).

It's a modern and pretty spacious flat with two bedrooms, a big bathroom with toilet and bath, separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher!) and a living room.

Looking for a working professional who is chilled, generally clean, respectful of shared spaces and not super loud/partying all the time/etc. I work from home most days, so would prefer someone who doesn't work from home regularly.

The flat is furnished, but doesn't include a mattress for the double bed. There will space for some other furniture, so we can coordinate if you'd be bringing anything with you.

Bills are about £150/month (of that, council tax is £63.50, £127 in total for the flat).
