Couples room in friendly flat!

My partner and I are looking for another couple to take the second room in a flat we've just signed the lease for! The move in date is the 8th November (that's the day we'll be moving in too, so unfortunately we can't do in person viewings) and the length of stay is flexible.

The flat comes furnished (it's just the pictures from the real estate that are unfurnished). The building is pretty new, and flat has a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. There's two bathrooms so you would have one completely to yourselves! The kitchen / dining / living room is a great open plan space which opens up on to the balcony. The room up for grabs is the smaller of the two, but still comfortably fits a bed, bedside tables and a big cupboard. There's also a big storage cupboard in the entryway which could be used for suitcases etc.

Marcel and I are both 27, and also both Australian physios. We are both active and social and love to spend the weekends exploring London / travelling / seeing friends, and like to keep it pretty low key during the week. We're keen to live with another couple who we get along with and who are up for the occasional pub trip / movie etc!
