Short term let | Warehouse | London Fields

Looking to find two awesome people to fill two separate rooms (short term!) on the lease we’ve just secured. The rooms will be available from early November to late December/early Jan (flexible), before other friends move in! 
1 room is furnished (double bed, wardrobe, shelves). The other is empty!



It’s a 6 bedroom warehouse conversion apartment. 3 bathrooms. Super spacious, each bedroom is at least 4x4m, with some going up to nearly 5x5m. Communal areas are mostly furnished. Second floor.

You’ll be living with five Australians. 

A bit about us:

- I (F) work in the music industry/tech. The others work across: tech, AI, interior design and vet science.
- Socialising - love. Down time - also love.

- A shared appreciation of music, and a mixed level of skill when it comes to playing (Konrad - amazing dj). 

- Love hosting dinner parties, having friends over, going out to dinners, gigs

- We have travel plans regularly, to make the most of Ryanair and such as

- ClassPass lessgo. Housemate group yoga/pilates if you’re up for it. 



The communal space is large, and we’re hoping to make it a gorgeous, plant-filled space we’ll want to spend time together in. We get the keys 1 November, ideally you move in the weekend after to give us time to get basics so it’s more set up when you move in.



We’re looking for you to be in your late 20s/early-mid 30s, like us. You’re social, up for a chat, happy to spend time together and are housetrained.
