We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our 5-bedroom house in Hackney Central (E9 6LD).
The house has a calm and quiet atmosphere, perfect for someone who values a peaceful home.

1 bathroom and a separate toilet
About the room:
The room is very spacious and comes fully furnished with:
A double bed
A sofa
A small fridge inside the room
1 large wardrobe
1 chest of drawers
1 storage unit
Rent: £800 per month
Bills: Electricity and gas are topped up together with the housemates (around £30–£40 per month per person)
Cleaner: Comes every 2 weeks for the shared areas
The household is LGBT friendly and currently includes:
One female master’s student
One female working in an organic shop as a food assistant
One male financial bookkeeper
One LGBT trans flatmate working as a bartender at bar
We have a friendly, respectful, and balanced atmosphere, and we’re looking for someone tidy and easy-going to join our home.
