Council tax included in rent, bills (internet, gas and electric and utilities ) come to around £50-£70 a month on top of rent.
Currently three of us living there, one person working in beer (Merve), an actress (Jo) and a freelancer in tourism (Patrick). We are looking for a relaxed and chilled vibes, clean and tidy human, who’s interested in being social in the house, grabbing a pint here and there or having a meal etc, but we are all good at giving each other space too and doing our own thing. If this sounds good please get in touch if you're looking for a relaxed environment in a perfect location. 5mins to London Fields, 10 mins to Hackney central, lots of bus routes and about 15min walk to Victoria park. Lots of pubs, supermarkets and great charity shops around.
