Room 1 is £730 plus bills - larger of the two, fully furnished with double bed, desk, clothes rack and shelves
Room 2 is £640 plus bills - smaller but cozy, has a single bed but could squeeze a double in there for sure, desk, clothes rack, shelves. Older pictures here so there’s no scaffolding outside the window

Bills are about to £90 per month.
Deposit is £480 for each room.

You’ll be living with Amy (29), a chill Irish girl who works as a rough sleeping recovery worker.
