Hackney Wick overground station is 80 yards so takes about 3 minutes to get there. Westfield & Stratford station is a 10-15 min walk so travel connections are great.

At the end of the corridor there is outdoor space at the top of the fire escape with great views of Stratford & the canal which we use as a smoking / viewpoint area

I have lived here for many years, I have loved having this private sanctuary space, the community in the building is lovely and it feels safe & secure. The neighbours are friends, so NO party flats or Air b&b’s please. I am looking for someone that will look after the flat as their own.
