We’re offering a lovely loft room in our friendly, Muslim family home just a few minutes’ walk from Clapton Station 🚉 — with fast trains that take you to Liverpool Street in around 12 minutes! You can also reach Manor House Station in about 15 minutes by bus 🚌, so getting around London is super convenient 🌆

💷 Rent: £650 per month (all bills included)
🧼 Cleaner: Additional £25 per month (mandatory) for monthly cleaning of shared areas
📅 Available from: 1st December
📆 Minimum stay: 3 months

🛏️ The house has five bedrooms, with three currently occupied by a small, welcoming family — a kind mum 💐, her 24-year-old daughter 💁‍♀️, and a friendly male tenant 👦.
It’s a genuine family home — warm, peaceful, and filled with good energy. We often enjoy meals together, chat in the evenings, and make sure everyone feels comfortable and part of the household 🫶🍽️

✨ Private loft room at the top of the house (no door, but happy to add a curtain or divider for additional privacy if preferred) 🛏️
✨ Shared living room and fully equipped kitchen 🍳
✨ Peaceful garden (smokers welcome outside only) 🌸
✨ Free on-site parking from 12 pm – 9 am (Mon–Fri) and completely free all weekend 🚗
✨ All bills included — Wi-Fi and utilities 💡💧

🕌 Please note:
• The home is alcohol-free 🚫🍷
• Only halal meat is cooked and consumed 🥘
• We’re looking for someone clean, tidy, and considerate of shared spaces 🌼

🚫 House rules:
• No parties 🎉❌
• Overnight guest consistently is not feasible as it is a family home, therefore if you’d like to bring a guest over, it will need to be spoken to with the Mum in the house due to the home being extremely family oriented 😊
• No pets 🐶❌
• Smoking outside only 🌿
