We’re offering a lovely loft room in our friendly, family home just a few minutes’ walk from Clapton Station 🚉 — with fast trains that take you to Liverpool Street in around 12 minutes! You can also reach Manor House Station in about 15 minutes by bus 🚌, so getting around London is super convenient 🌆

💷 Rent: £650 per month (all bills included)
📅 Available from: 1st December
📆 Minimum stay: 3 months

🛏️ The house has five bedrooms, with three currently occupied by a welcoming family — a kind mum 💐, her 24-year-old daughter 💁‍♀️, and a friendly male tenant 👦.
It’s a real family home — warm, peaceful, and filled with good energy. We often enjoy meals together, have a chat in the evenings, and make sure everyone feels comfortable and at home 🫶🍽️
