About the house:
We’re a house of 3 Aussies (aged 28-30) looking for a fourth housemate to replace our friend who’s moving back home.
We’re all pretty busy with work during the week but enjoy hanging out at home, cooking together and going to the pub. We love the location - 5 mins to broadway market, and 5 mins to Victoria park, and have a good balance of socialising and respecting each other’s space.

We work a mix of office/home schedules, so there’s usually someone around midweek. We’re relaxed about having friends over as long as everyone’s respectful.

What we’re looking for someone who is friendly and easy-going, respects shared spaces (we have a cleaning rota), and enjoys a balance of socialising and downtime
