Double Room in Hackney Central. Frendly, calm home

We’re looking for a mature, independent, social, and responsible flatmate who also loves cats to join our lovely home in Hackney Central. This isn’t a party house, but we’re definitely up for the occasional gathering or shared dinner.
The double room is a good size and the location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk to Hackney Central Overground, with London Fields, Victoria Park, Hackney Marshes, shops, cafés, and restaurants all close by.
The flat is split over two floors:
• Upstairs: three bedrooms and two bathrooms
• Downstairs: a spacious kitchen, a bright living room (especially when the sun’s out!), and a utility room that’s great for working, studying, hobbies, or drying clothes
The room is available from the 1st of December, but we’re flexible if the right person comes along. The contract is rolling, so short-term stays are welcome too.
Rent: £850 per month
Bills: £100 per month
Deposit: One month’s rent
