Large double room in beautiful period house

I’m looking for a person or couple to come share a large, beautiful, creative flat overlooking Victoria Park in Hackney.

The apartment is two-story, with wooden floors in the living room/kitchen and a modern bathroom with a bathtub. We have a dishwasher, and washer/dryer as well.

I’m looking to fill the master room (approx. 3.5M x 3.5M) downstairs. The room is private and on its own floor with double-glazed sash windows overlooking Victoria Park. It comes with loads of built in storage and plenty more in the hallway. It will be unfurnished, but there’s a bed available that can stay in if that’s wanted.

We share an artfully designed living room and open kitchen that is kept spotless throughout the year. I’m an art, food and interiors book publisher so the flat comes with gorgeous books for all to enjoy. The other small bedroom (mine) is just off the top of the stairs.

We are just down the road from The People’s Park Tavern. And a short walk to Victoria Park Village, Homerton and Hackney Wick overground stations. The 338 bus stops outside and goes to Bethnal Green tube and on to London Bridge.

Bills (per month) are approx £300 all in, split evenly between 2 or 3 people.

Note on rent: for 1 tenant rent would be £1,608/per month. For a couple, would be £883.50 per person/month.
