London Fields Warehouse Conversion - short let

We're looking for a flatmate to take over our third bedroom for the last three months of our lease, because our previous flatmate moved in with her partner.

The flat is in a great location, right by LIDL, between London Fields and Victoria Park. The living room is huge, and really nice. We have a projector that we use a lot too. The place is pretty quiet, which is nice, and we are social, and happy to hang out, but work during the week, and happy to do our own thing too (and we're clean!). Smoking is fine, although not in the flat (there's a roof you can go on, which is cool, and a fire-escape). There's room in the hall to store bikes too.

IMPORTANT INFO:
- The room has a boiler in it - not loud, but does make a noise when water is being heated, so important to know!
- While there's plenty of storage (chest of drawers, multiple clothes rails both in the room and out, boxes under the bed and in hall), there is no wardrobe! The cupboard in the room has the boiler in it.
- The room comes with a bed frame, mattress, desk, clothes rail and lamp.
