Gorgeous Homey Apartment by London Fields

Hi there,

I am looking for a new flatmate to join my 2-bed apartment by London Fields, as my current flatmate/bestie is sadly moving away from London.

We are only a 5-minute walk to London Fields, a 10-minute walk to Victoria Park, and a 7-minute walk to Broadway Market. Honestly the location is superb. We're also right across Hackeny's Lidl and minutes away from Tesco superstore.

Bills come to roughly £150 per month including Council Tax Band D.

THE FLAT

•2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 large living room, and an open plan modern kitchen, located on the first floor of a new building on Mare Street.

• You will be in a double bedroom with access to the balcony which is shared with the living room. The room has space for a small desk, a large bed, and a closet with floor to ceiling windows which give a lot of light during daytime.

• We just had the bathroom repainted and it's looking fresh and clean for your arrival!

• Our kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, induction stove, and a microwave.

• The lease is up for renewal on December 30, 2025 but if you need to move in earlier, we can figure it out together as I will be on vacation and you can move in your stuff before :)

•We also have a bike shed that is secure and safe inside the building.

•The apartment comes unfurnished but I own some of the furniture and happy to share, and planning on buying the other stuff as necessary so you can contribute to the aesthetic and help with picking out stuff together. The bed and the mattress in the bedroom can stay, if you so prefer.

TRANSPORTATION

•5 minute walk to London Fields Overground (Weaver Line)

•12 minute walk to Hackney Central/Downs Overground (Mildway Line)

•20 minute walk to Bethnal Green Underground (Central Line)

•Several bus stop right outside – direct to Shoreditch, Stratford, Victoria, Dalston, Oxford Circus.

•Several amazing yoga/pilates/boxing studios are within 10-15 minute walks if you're like me and being close to the gym matters.

FLATMATE

You’ll be sharing with me, Nazanin, a 27 yo NY attorney. I've been living in London for 3 years and have a lot of love for East London, its music scene, and the many lovely cocktail bars around.

I'm looking to build a social dynamic balanced with giving each other space when necessary. Someone who is respectful, friendly, and clean will get along with me. We can build a space with my roommate where we're both happy to come back to at the end of each day.
