Lovely sunny double room in a stylish, spacious, modern flat (2nd floor, split level). Beautiful wood floors, nice furniture and charming balcony. The flat is very light and comfortable year round: cool and fresh in summer, warm and cosy in winter. The bedroom is bright and spacious with a built in cupboard, double bed, small desk if needed. You would share access to the living room, kitchen, balcony, and the bathroom and toilet (separate). The kitchen is a good size with all basics - cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave, etc.

Nice, quiet leafy East End street between Mare Street and Well Street, Hackney. 5-10 mins walk to Hackney Central /Homerton Overground. 5 mins to buses for west end etc. 5-10 mins walk to London Fields and Victoria Park, etc. Well Street is 2 mins away with supermarket, local shops and cafes. Very friendly, diverse neighbours and an exciting but calm and convenient place to live. Short walk to lovely London Fields and Victoria Park.
Plus Wi-fi and other bills (Council Tax) etc. around £120-£160/pp.

Note: Better movein time should be early December and could do One Month Stay to see if we both like to turn it into a long term rent. Most December times I wouldn't be here tho. Do drop me a message if you are interesed!
