1 double room available in South Hackney flat sharing with myself. Quiet top floor flat. Balcony on entrance and rear, 1 bathroom with bath shower, large hallway and shared kitchen/lounge. Flat is in modern building of 12 flats built in 2010 off Well Street. Lift in building. Very large for a two bed flat and loads of natural light. Well situated halfway between Homerton and London Fields overground and not far from Victoria park. I’ve lived here since March and my flatmate has a new job and is relocating. Bills are around £175 each per month including council tax. Free secure locked parking available. Private landlord who is genuinely very responsive.

I’m a civil engineer and work fully remote from a shared workspace every day next to London fields, but due to start working in the city in Feb. In the evenings I’m either at the gym practising my jiu jitsu or chilling with a book. At the weekend I’m normally going for a beer with friends, going for a run or enjoying my rent and just chilling out watching a film, maybe some extra work. I’m very easygoing and get on with pretty much anybody, I’m very relaxed and I do like to keep the flat pretty clean. I do go back to where I’m from or away to stay with my parents occasionally

I’m looking to share with a professional that has a steady income, likes to contribute to living in a clean flat and is also easygoing. beyond that I’m easy with who I share with, I don’t mind guests and will consider pets. Ideally I want to live with someone who doesn’t work from home permanently.
