I'm sadly leaving one of the best flats I've lived in during my time in London, as moving in with my partner. This is an amazing 4 bedroom flat located 5 min walk from Hackney Central station with the best flat mates ever.

Note that the rent is £1,061/month excluding bills. Bills come to approx. £150/pm, which includes a fortnightly cleaner.

Deposit is £1,490 (but Spareroom is not letting me input the correct amount annoyingly).

You'll be living with Sophie 35, Bex 26, and Faris, 38. They all love the flat and take great care of it, so we would like to make sure to find someone who is equally respectful of the place, yet is happy to socialise with everyone.

About the flat...

This a top floor duplex flat with bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. We have underfloor heating and lots of storage space for any of the bulky things that you might want to store outside of your room. There is a huge living space, with an open-plan kitchen and balcony.

About the room...
The room available is furnished; the bed and mattress are staying and there is a huge built-in wardrobe space. It also comes with a small desk. As with the rest of the flat, it has underfloor heating and so it's comfortable all year around!

A bit about us...

Sophie, 35, is an illustrator and editorial graphic designer. She likes watercolours, butter, and a comfy bed. She's always up for a chat and a glass of wine whilst she's cooking some delicious food.

Faris, 38, works for Supreme as a warehouse manager. Loves playing football. Enjoys occasionally DJing at the weekend. And is very good at narrating tv shows. All round good egg.

Bex, 26, is lovely she has recently joined the flat shared. And is new to London. She works in project management at a design studio. Loves reading, a good tv show and is a very good baker. She is always up for a chat whilst cooking food.

Sophie and Bex work from home 1 to 3 days/week.
