We are looking for one new housemate in four bedroom house in South Hackney. Move in date is from 23rd January 2026.

Ideally looking for a female to keep the balance but obviously open to meet everyone. No couples though I’m really sorry!

Rent is £1064 pcm (excluding bills which are around £100-120 per month) and lease runs until October 2026 with no break clause (so price is guaranteed fixed).

The bedroom is situated on the top floor and shares a bathroom with one other female flatmate (1 between 2). Room comes furnished with bed and large wardrobe. I am happy to sell you my other furniture bits (desk, chair, bookshelf) and any soft furnishings (rug, duvet, memory foam mattress topper, pillows, sheets etc.) if needed on arrival.

The house is spread over three bright floors, with a lovely living space leading out to a backyard, a modern kitchen, downstairs washroom, a bathroom on each floor and rooftop access. House is council tax band E.

We live a short walk to Victoria Park, Broadway Market, London Fields and Lauriston Road. We have three overground stations near us, as well as lots of busses into the city / central London, and a Tesco and a Lidl only a 5 minute walk away.

You will be living with Callum from Northampton, 32, working in tech, Ben, 26 from Sydney working in Sustainability, and Lisa, 29, from France working in Marketing. We are all very laidback, clean and tidy, and enjoy the household company, but also respect everyone’s privacy.
