Looking for flatmate for lovely Hackney maisonette

Hi, I’m Liz! A little bit about me: I’m 32 and currently work as freelance photographer. Originally from Austria, I’ve been living in London for 13 years now. While I enjoy socialising and occasionally watching tv together, I’m also very mindful of giving each other personal space when needed 😊

The flat is a beautiful two bedroom garden maisonette with its own front door/entrance. The room is on the smaller side but fits a double bed, bedside table, a chest of drawers and shelves (provided). You will have your own wardrobe next to your room. Additionally, you will have your own sink in the bathroom. The living room is large and comfortable and the flat in general is really cosy. It’s fantastically located between London Fields and Victoria Park and there’s lots of supermarkets, restaurants etc in the area.

You would also be sharing the flat with my elderly cat Toffee, so being an animal lover is a must. Ideally you’re a non-smoker or only smoke outside. Bills are not included in the rent amount (approximately £200 per month).
