Looking for flatmate for lovely Hackney maisonette

I'm looking for someone to move into the second bedroom of this gorgeous garden maisonette I'm currently renting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a home, not just a place to stay. The living room is large and comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped and the flat in general is really cosy. There is a secluded garden out the back and a beautiful tree in front of the house, providing a view of a bunch of adorable squirrels and robins directly from your bedroom window.

The room itself is on the smaller side but fits a double bed, bedside table + lamp, a chest of drawers and shelves (these are all provided). You could also fit a small desk in there if needed. There is a separate wardrobe/storage cupboard next to your room that is solely for your use. Additionally, you will have your own sink and cabinet in the shared bathroom (which has both a shower and a bathtub).

Fantastically located between London Fields and Victoria Park, the flat is on a relatively quiet street, with a wide array of exciting cafes and restaurants in the area. Pharmacy and GP is just around the corner. There are also several supermarkets within easy walking distance (Lidl is just 2 mins away!)

A little bit about me: I’m 32 and currently work as freelance photographer. I occasionally work from home but I'm also away on shoots a lot, including weekends. Originally from Austria, I’ve been living in London for 13 years now. While I enjoy socialising and occasionally watching TV or cooking together, I’m also very mindful of giving each other personal space when needed. I like my home to be a place of rest and tranquility after a long day at work, so no party people please 😊

Additionally, you would be sharing the flat with my elderly, very friendly cat Toffee, so being an animal lover is a must. Ideally you’re a non-smoker or only smoke outside. Bills are not included in the rent amount (approximately £200-250 per month).
