I trust my elderly occasional live in ex-landlord, who spends most of his time traveling abroad. Whenever he is in London for more than a few days he pays his share of the bills, and uses the small third bedroom. He pays council tax band C and was willing to modify flat furnishings & facilities to suit a long-term lodger.
As a result, for me this was home. Flat has shared balcony, bathroom, toilet (fittedbidet), sittingroom, wash&dryroom & kitchen. Kitchen has washupmac, 4hob gascooker with grill, microwave, 4 slot toaster, 3 fridges & 3 shelf freezer & 3 seating breakfast table. If you are easygoing, want to share a modest home, (preferably long term) with better views than London eye, & just minutes walk from Dalston's social life, parks & transport hubs.
