Quiet studio: Hidden Hackney mews, outdoor seating

The studio contains a double bed and seating area, with good storage and space to relax. There are outdoor tables and seating on the mews, ideal for sitting outside, having a coffee, or getting some fresh air during the day. The studio suits people who need a temporary base in London — for example while relocating, waiting for a house move, starting a new job, or between longer lets.
Please note that this is not a full flat with a full kitchen. There is a kitchenette located just outside the studio room, suitable for light use only. It includes a microwave, kettle, small fridge and basic crockery. There is no cooker, hob or sink in the kitchenette. Washing up is done in the bathroom sink (mains drinking water). This setup works well for simple meals, breakfasts and takeaway food, but not for regular cooking.
The studio is on a very quiet mews, noticeably calmer than most London rentals, while still being close to parks, cafés, shops and transport. The space is designed as a peaceful place to live day-to-day rather than a social or entertaining space.
The property is best suited to one or two people and is not suitable for groups.
The hosts live in the property above and are usually available if needed, while respecting privacy.
