🏠 Double Room with Private Bathroom in Hackney

Hi! We're looking for somebody to join our lease in our beautiful bright Hackney flat in late January. (But if you're looking for a short-term stay before then, feel free to reach out).

You would have a good sized double bedroom which already comes with a double bed and wardrobe. You would also have the main bathroom all to yourself. In the hallway you would have a double door storage cupboard that’s just yours too.

The flat has two bedrooms in total, shared kitchen/lounge with loads of natural light. It’s very central in Hackney, 6 min walk to the overground, 4 min to the supermarkets and shops. Only 30 mins to central London too. It has balcony with a gorgeous view (esp at sunset), lift access, and a concierge.

You’d be living with two Aussies, Jack (31, Advertising) and Freya (28, Nurse). We've been in London for a few years now.

I feel like every listing says a version of this, but we're social people who enjoy hanging out as a house but also respecting each others time. We are a board game, movies and a pint at the pub kinda people but also love a gig and occasional night out.

The cost would be £1400 a month not including bills, and you would need to be approved by the owners too (they're great).

Currently no couples sorry!
