Short term spare room Hackney

Hi! My room is available for the month of January while I am away.

The apartment is huge, light filled and spacious in a gorgeous converted warehouse in Hackney - 5min walk from London Fields station. I share the apartment with 5 of my closest friends from Sydney, Australia. They are all in their 30s and working professionals. They are all lovely and friendly, and we are all here to explore London! Love going out to brunch, music gigs, cool bars. They are happy to be sociable with you or give you your own space if you prefer :) 5 people seems a lot but everyone is usually out and about, and the place is large so it doesn’t feel too full.

There are 3 bathrooms so you would only be sharing a bathroom with 1 male (let me know if this is an issue and we may be able to kick him out into one of the other ones for your stay haha). The kitchen is large with 2 fridges and fully equipped. Big living room with large TV with Netflix and currently our Christmas decorations.

My room has a brand new comfortable double bed, wardrobe and set of drawers, with fluffy rug.

We are open to any gender, age, profession or other. Happy for a single at 350/week or couple at 400/week. Open for stay of minimum 1 week up to whole of January.
