Double room in lovely Victorian house

I’m moving out to live with my partner and genuinely very sad to be leaving this house! But it means there’s a double room available in this lovely big Victorian house on a quiet road near Victoria Park.

About the house:
It’s a full house (lots of period features) with garden. A big kitchen and dining area, living room, sun room, some storage available, 2.5 bathrooms, 1 guest room/office and 4 bedrooms.

We’re a group of 30’s professionals who all value getting along and being able to watch a film together on occasion and have our friends over for dinner. We occasionally host parties but in general it’s a very chill vibe. Everyone works from home at least 50% of the time so you need to be comfortable sharing spaces.

The room itself is on the top floor of the house. It’s the smallest room but still plenty spacious. Please note it comes unfurnished. There’s one large bathroom next to the room that is typically shared with the other flatmate on the top floor.

Minimum 6 month commitment as you’ll be taking over my spot on the lease.

Bills approx £250 per month on top of rent (includes a fortnightly cleaner).
