Bright Double Room + Study in Friendly House

Hi there!

We have a lovely, spacious setup becoming available in our warm and social home where everyone gets along like a little family. You’d be joining three friendly professionals in our early 30s: I’m an outgoing sustainability consultant, Bruce works in film and is the glue that keeps us laughing, and Abdul is a relaxed finance professional. We love catching up in the kitchen, planning weekend activities, and sharing the occasional meal together.

The space itself is great, it’s actually two rooms: a bedroom and a separate study, perfect if you work from home or just want some extra space. It’s unfurnished, so you can really make it your own. You’ll share a bathroom, and the house also has an extra toilet, a bright living room, and a peaceful garden that’s ideal for relaxing, catching some sun, or enjoying summer BBQs.

We’re in an amazing location, less than five minutes’ walk from beautiful Victoria Park, and surrounded by great coffee shops, restaurants, and local spots.

We’re looking for someone easy-going, respectful, and social who’ll fit in with the vibe here, ideally a girl to keep the balance. You should have an office job at least two or three days a week and be as clean and tidy as we are.
