Room in Hackney Apartment Near Vic Park

I'm leaving my current room in Hackney and looking for a replacement! I'm moving as I've found somewhere much closer to my job with a bit more space, but have loved living here and am sad to leave.

Deposit: £1000 (IN THE LISTING IT SAYS 100 WHICH IS INCORRECT)
Rent: £800 pcm
Bills: around £100 pcm
Move in date: 1st Feb with some flexibility!
Viewings: ideally this Saturday and Sunday

The room
The room is compact but has space for double bed, chest of drawers and a desk or clothing rack. Currently the room is furnished with a bed, mattress and chest of drawers which will remain. The desk and bedside table I will most likely take with me but can chat if that's something you want to keep! The room is south facing so receives great light throughout the whole day.

The flat
The flat comprises of a balcony (great for sunbathing or chill evenings), spacious living room, decent sized kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and a second toilet.
It was newly renovated in 2021 and is in great condition.
10min from Hackney Central Station.
Lidl & Tesco are within a 5min walking distance. Close to London Fields & Victoria Park.

The Flatmates
You'll be living with two lovely girls Anni (28) and Keely (31). One working in sustainability research the other is a surveyor. Keely will be moving out towards the end of April to move back home so another room will become available then as well.

Currently there is an open, sociable, chill, adulting, respectful and clean household and we are looking for someone with a similar vibe. LGBTQIA+ & welcoming to anyone with an alternative vibe, artsy… (but these are not requirements!). The goal is to create a community feel household while also being respectful of each other’s space.
