Hello, subletting the double room I have been staying in for 4 years as I move to somewhere closer to work.
Ideally the person who sublet would like to take over my contract from May 2026.
This price of a room is a rare find within 10 minutes to Hackney Central and 10 minutes to London Fields.

Bills can add up to around 150 including council tax.
You will ideally be a responsible person who can take up the shared bill managing responsibility from moving in. I currently manage broadband and water bill.
