I'm looking for a flatmate to take over our third bedroom for the last three months of our lease, because my previous flatmates moved in with their partners.
The flat is in a great location, right by LIDL, between London Fields and Victoria Park. The living room is huge, and really nice. We have a projector that we use a lot too. The place is pretty quiet, which is nice, and we are social, and happy to hang out, but work during the week, and happy to do our own thing too (and we're clean!). Smoking is fine, although not in the flat (there's a roof you can go on, which is cool, and a fire-escape). There's room in the hall to store bikes too.
IMPORTANT INFO:
- The room is cheaper because it has no external windows
- There is a ventilation system so air does cirulate!
- The room comes with a bed frame, mattress, desk, wardrobe and lamp.
