Room available in Hackney flat 💛

I’m moving in with my partner so will be leaving my lovely home in Homerton.

You’ll be living with Jennie and Peter, who are looking to re-sign the contract for a year, to move in 24th March!

The room is furnished, spacious and gets lots of natural light. There’s a desk and plenty of storage.

The flat is only 5 minutes from Homerton station with easy access to Stratford and Highbury and Islington on the overground & in walking distance of Hackney, London Fields, Clapton and Victoria Park. We’re near cute pubs with green space and shops nearby in a quiet area.

We’re looking for someone 24-30, who’s clean, tidy and with a 9-5/similar working pattern. Jennie and Peter WFH a few days a week. Our house is relaxed socially, we’ll have dinner and watch tv together sometimes and occasionally go to the pub - but are also respectful of each others time and space. Queer friendly household 💗

This isn’t a sublet, we’re looking for someone to renew the tenancy with so you’ll need to go through referencing and pay a deposit. Rent is £940 a month and bills are around £100 a month including council tax.
