Spacious Double Sublet in Hackney House Share

Looking for a sublet for 1-1.5 months in a lovely big and friendly house share, full of character and less than a minute's walk from Victoria Park. The room is a double with a gorgeous fireplace and view over Victoria park village - it's fully furnished and belongings will be cleared away for space. The rest of the house is really spacious, with a good size living room, kitchen, and separate space for working/studying from home as well as indoor bike storage. Although it's an old house it's got double glazing throughout so it's quiet and warm, and was refurbished in 2020 with new appliances etc. The room is 1000 including bills. The area is really safe and well lit, with gorgeous cafes, cosy pubs and overpriced organic shops right on the doorstep. Literally a stones throw from Victoria Park, and perfect for escaping onto Regents Canal, or exploring Hackney, Bethnal Green and beyond. There's a bus stop right outside the house (425 and 277) and it's a 20 minute walk to Mile End Tube or Homerton Overground stations. We like the house to have a relaxed vibe and we also keep it fairly clean and tidy. There would be a short call / meet with the housemates prior to accepting any sublet requests!

About us: one of us is a medic, working in a nearby London hospital, and the other works as a lawyer, with a mixture of at home and in the office. No couples, no smoking, LGBTQ+ friendly.
