free access to the gym downstairs. There is also concierge at reception so the place is very secure

You have easy access to Homerton Overground (12 min walk) and there’s a number of bus stops right outside the house

There's lots of nice pubs, shops and cafes in the area. You can walk along the canal up to Hackney Wick. You’re surrounded by nice parks/green areas such as Hackney Marshes
