It is the only room on this side of the landing so provides a bit of privacy as well.

The flat is a maisonette with the downstairs having a fully equipped kitchen with pantry and generous cupboard space, large lounge with a balcony that faces a garden area (perfect for summer ☀️) and sofabed (so guests can stay over) as well as a downstairs toilet. The upstairs has all 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom with a bath and toilet as well.

Stunning location, less than 10 mins walk to both Victoria Park and London Fields with Hackney Central a 10 minute walk away as well. There is a Tesco and Lidl a 5 minute walk away and Hackney's night life is right on your doorstep, as well as 24 hour buses for across London just at the end of the road 💖

The flat is a perfect mix of sociable and allowing your private time. The girls are so friendly, lovely and clean. They are in their late twenties and mid thirties, working professionals, love cooking and chatting and have their own hobbies and interests including dancing and painting.
