I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our friendly flat on Wilton Way, just a few minutes’ walk from London Fields.

Move in date 8th of September. (£800pm) without bills.

The room is bright and comfortable, with a large window bringing in plenty of natural light and good storage space. There’s also enough room for a desk, making it a good option for someone who works from home occasionally.

You'd be sharing with three very friendly creative housemates working in tech, hospitality, and in art curation, who are always down for a chat around the flat.

The flat itself has a good-sized kitchen, a balcony, and a separate bathroom and toilet, both of which were renovated within the last year.

The location is a real highlight, Wilton Way has loads of great cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops on the doorstep, while London Fields and Broadway Market are just a short walk away. There are also excellent transport links nearby, (Hackney Central and London Fields overground) making it easy to get around East and Central London.
