The Room & Flat
Looking for a new flatmate to take over my lovely double room in a 2-bedroom flat in the heart of Hackney. The flat is bright, well-maintained, and offers a great balance of social vibes and personal space. You’ll be sharing with one other female in her early 30s who is professional, friendly, and easy-going.

The room is unfurnished. I will also be taking some furniture in the sitting room with me (coffee table/ side table) but tv stand, table & chairs will stay) so if you have some bits you can add!

Location
near London Fields, on the edge of Viccy Park and a 15min walk to Bethnal Green. We are perfectly positioned for fun activities as we aer close to Broadway Market, Victoria Park, & Mare St Market. Excellent transport links with London Fields just a 8 minute walk away and bus stop about 5 mins away on Mare St.

The Ideal Flatmate
This is a peaceful flat, so my replacement needs to be a female professional in her 30s, clean, respectful, and looking for a long-term home rather than just a place to sleep. Please note: this is for a single occupant only (no couples). The other current flatmate WFH but is out quite regularly (she has a desk in her room so you can use table in sitting room)

Key Details:

Available: 16th May (can do earlier in May but not after mid- May as I am away)

Rent: £1,000 per month

Deposit: £1,000

Bills: Approx £240 per month (we have a cleaner bi-weekly. Council tax Band C)
