Looking for a new flatmate to take over my lovely double room in a 2-bedroom flat in the heart of Hackney. The flat is bright, well-maintained, and offers a great balance of social vibes and personal space. The room is unfurnished.

Location
The most perfect location, near London Fields, on the edge of Viccy Park and a 15min walk to Bethnal Green. We are perfectly positioned for fun activities as we are also close to Broadway Market &Mare St Market. Excellent transport links with London Fields just a 8 minute walk away and bus stop about 5 mins away on Mare St that can take you to Shoreditch, Bethnal Green & Whitechapel

The Ideal Flatmate
This is a peaceful flat, so my replacement needs to be a female professional in her 30s, clean, respectful, and looking for a long-term home rather than just a place to sleep. Please note: this is for a single occupant only (no couples).
You’ll be sharing with one other female (Mahalia) who is in her early 30s & has lived here for about 3 years. Her interests include keeping active such as doing run clubs, yoga. She tends to WFH but is out quite a lot as is also doing a part time masters at SOAS so has lectures etc during the week.
Therefore we are looking for my replacement to be professional, friendly, and easy-going.

Key Details:
Available: Ideally start - mid May
Rent: £1,000 per month
Bills: Approx £240 per month (we have a cleaner bi-weekly. Council tax Band C)
Deposit: £1,000
FYI our rent is due on 18th of the month so depending on move dates may mean you do part of the month
