The house is spacious, warm, social and comes with everything you'd need for a happy life (apart from furniture In your room).

The facts:
- We are looking for someone to move in long-term and have a fabulous time in Hackney.
- The room is unfurnished and available from 11 May.

The house:
Casa Warneford is located in a quiet, residential street between London Fields and Victoria Park with a 2 min walk away from Mare Street Market, 7 min walk away from Broadway Market, 9 min walk away from London Fields Overground and 12 min walk away from Bethnal Green tube station.

The house is pretty big, well-maintained and has a garden, a living room, a dining room, a sun room, a big kitchen, and 2.5 bathrooms. A cleaner comes every other Monday to add some sparkle.

The people:
We are a team of 3 professionals (Aleksandra, Gene and Becky) who live and love East London, have a UK/DE/US/Ukrainian background and are pretty laid back, active, respectful and really make this place home. We work in Renewable Energy, Film and Organisational Psychology with a mix of WFH and office work. There is space in the house for us to work from home.

The vibe:
Everyone has their own lives but we do enjoy some kitchen conversations, a BBQ, a glass of wine together or shared evenings with friends. You can get involved as much as you'd wish.
