Double room with private bathroom in Hackney

Hello 👋 I’m looking for someone to replace my flatmate in our Hackney flat - I’ve lived here for 3 years and love it too much to lose it!

It’s a two-bedroom flat with a private bathroom for you, a spacey living room and a separate kitchen, all on the first floor. The room is big enough to fit a double bed, a big desk and a two-door wardrobe. Please note the room is unfurnished.

The building is super safe and we have a really kind neighbour community, ensuring it’s a nice place to live in.

We have wooden floors, a brand new washing machine and a separate tumble dryer, lots of storage room and space to cook in the kitchen, fridge + freezer and an oven.

(Not to brag but we’ve never had any rat or mould issues - the bar is so low 🤠)

Important bits:

Rent: £1060 + bills

Move in date: between 10th July and 19th July

Location: 5-minute walk to the Homerton Overground station (convenient commute to Highbury & Islington or Stratford), 26 and 388 buses to central London, 6 minutes to Victoria Park and a short walk to London Fields (such a perk as we’re heading into summer)

Shops: Big Tesco, Lidl and a couple of off licences

About me: I’m Aga, work in a PR agency for sustainability clients and go to the office about 3/4 days a week. I’m veggie (you absolutely don’t have to!), love running, reading, painting and cooking. I’m easy going, friendly and tidy, and would love to find someone who’d like to watch TV over some picky bits from time to time and who’d treat the place like home 😊
