London Fields Warehouse Room Available

We have a room going in our 6 bed, 1 bath warehouse located in London Fields. We’re looking for a female aged 25+ to balance the gender split to 3F 3M.

We’re looking for someone who can gel with everyone in the flat, we all have our own things going on but like to share the communal space and hang out in the evening, go to the pub or hang out on the rooftop in the summer.

We’re all aged between 27-32, working across creative/corporate jobs, the different schedules helps the flat feel less busy which is nice given the 1 shower.

This isn’t a flat for an afters and appreciate respecting everyone else with noise in the evening/early hours but we do have the occasional flat party.

The locations is perfect with a 5 min walk to London Fields station, Broadway Market, Victoria Park, 10 min walk to Hackney Central. All amenities close by with lots of corner shops, pubs, restaurants, Lidl and a gym across the road.

The rent is £1000 inc bills, increasing by £55 on 1st August (exact date of rent increase TBC). The room is unfurnished but option to buy furniture from current flatmate.
