We are looking for a considerate, tidy and respectful lodger who would enjoy living in a friendly home environment. This is more than just a room to rent — it is a comfortable home where we value kindness, cleanliness, privacy and a good balance between sharing time together and having our own space.

About the Room:

The room is bright and spacious, with beautiful natural morning light (east-facing).

It comes fully furnished with:

* Double bed with two bedside tables
* Large wardrobe, additional wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelving
* Desk and chair
* Plenty of floor space to move around comfortably

The room has excellent storage and feels open, peaceful and comfortable.

Private En-suite Bathroom:

* Modern, clean and well maintained

The Flat:

A spacious top-floor flat in a modern building with a lift.

The flat has three bedrooms:

* One en-suite double room (available)
* One double room occupied by Irini
* One single room occupied by me, Odette

You will be sharing with two women who work outside the home and enjoy a calm, tidy and respectful atmosphere. We like a friendly chat, but we also appreciate quiet evenings, personal space and a relaxed household.

* Easy connections to Stratford, Highbury & Islington and the Elizabeth Line
* Central London reachable in around 30 minutes

Bills:

Bills are shared equally:

* 1/3 Council Tax (Band E)
