Long terms rooms in cute flat with roof terrace 🌺

We are looking for two friendly, fun people to join our lovely home on Wells Street. The house is really well connected, with both London Frields and Homerton overground about a 10-minute walk away, plus plenty of buses heading into Shoreditch and central.

You would be sharing with Charlotte (31) and Daisy (29). We both work in fashion and enjoy spending time together, while also respecting each other’s personal quiet time. We love having dinner together in the evening, enjoying the sun on the terrace, going for walks, and the occasional drink at the pub or park. We both love yoga, pilates and exploring the local area. ☺️

We are looking for people who want to make this their home. We have a lovely, shared living room which is brilliant for relaxing and hanging out together. We are looking for easy going, considerate, tidy, creative people to share this home with.

There are two rooms going, both with lots of light and good space. There are two bathrooms in the house so you would be sharing just one between the two.

Room 1 (smaller):
£860 per month

Room 2 (larger):
£920 per month

Bills are around £95 each, per month. The rooms will be unfurnished. Sorry, no pets.
