My girlfriend and I are moving out of our lovely 2-bedroom flat near London Fields and we’re looking for someone (or a couple) to take over our room from mid to late August.

The room is a spacious unfurnished double bedroom, giving you the opportunity to make it your own. As most of the furniture in the flat belongs to us, the room (and much of the shared space) will be unfurnished when we move out. That said, we’d be happy to discuss selling some items if you’re interested.

You’ll be sharing the flat with Max (28), who works in cyber security. He’s easy-going, enjoys sport and travelling, and is often away at weekends, making for a relaxed and friendly home. We’re ideally looking for someone aged 26–35 who’ll be a good fit for the flat.

The flat has a bright open-plan kitchen and living area, a private balcony, secure bike storage, and a gym directly below the building, making it incredibly convenient if you like to work out.

The location is fantastic, just moments from London Fields and Victoria Park, with plenty of great cafés, pubs and restaurants nearby.
