London Fields flat

My partner Sam and I have a room available in our two-bed flat in London Fields.

We’re a 29- and 31-year-old professional couple from New Zealand, into all the classic things: food, travel, socialising, and a good pub. We’re looking for someone in their late twenties or thirties who is friendly, easygoing and tidy, as we do like to keep the flat quite clean.

The flat originally came unfurnished, but we’ve been living here for over three years with our current flatmate, so we’ve fully furnished and kitted the whole place out. Our flatmate is moving to Melbourne and would be very happy to sell their bedroom furniture for an absolute bargain, so there’s no stress there.

The flat is between London Fields and Victoria Park, just off Mare Street. It’s close to London Fields station, a ten-minute walk from Bethnal Green station, and has Lidl just around the corner. Bills and utilities tend to come to around £125 per month, including council tax, which is Band C.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone to move in between the 13th and 17th of August. We're on a rolling conract, so are looking for someone to move in long-tem!
