Double room in a shared flat in Hackney Downs

Hi! We're looking for a new flatmate to share our three-bedroom flat with a garden in Hackney Downs.

The flat is in a great location. Hackney Downs station is a three-minute walk away, and Hackney Central station is an eight-minute walk away. Dalston, Hackney Downs Park, London Fields and Broadway Market are about a 10-minute walk away.

The flat has a large living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and one bathroom, as well as a big garden at the back.

The available room is in the basement, it is a double room with a dressing area containing wardrobes and a large storage cabinet.

The other flatmate and I are hardworking postgraduate researchers who are quiet, respectful, tidy, and very used to living in shared flats.
