Double Room in Hackney

We are looking for a new housemate to live with us in our gorgeous home. The room available is the largest of three, a double room. The room is largely unfurnished, although there is a built in wardrobe. There's a large shared living/dining space as well as kitchen, bathroom and garden.

We are two friends from uni, looking for someone fun, clean and friendly to add to our house.
Rose- 24, working in architecture.
Gemma- 25, working for a charity.

The area itself is ideal, just a 5 min walk from Victoria Park, round the corner from Broadway Market & London Fields and under 15 mins walk from Bethnal Green underground.
