Two double rooms going in a big Victorian maisonette in E9. It's a spacious place with a nice garden.

I've been here a while and I'm after two easygoing housemates. Pretty chilled setup, happy to hang out, share a meal, whatever, but everyone does their own thing too. Living room, kitchen and garden all shared.

Homerton and London Field Overground are nearby and it's an easy cycle or bus into the city centre. Well Street's restaurants and shops (Big Tesco) are around the corner, and Victoria Park and Well Street Common are very nearby.

Room 1: Double, raised ground floor, next to the bathroom. £1,125/month.
Room 2: Double, garden/lower-ground level, just off the kitchen. £1,025/month.

Bills and council tax on top, split evenly (roughly £150/month each, happy to share exact figures). Deposit one month's rent, protected in a government scheme. Council tax band D.
Available from 10 September.
