Gorgeous Double Room in Hackney

Looking for a new housemate to join me (Grace) and Ella in our lovely flat in Hackney!

The room is a small double with two big windows, so it gets the best natural light all day long. It comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe. Because it’s on the cosier side, it’s probably not the best fit if you work from home full-time, as it may struggle to fit a desk.

A little about us:
✨ Grace works in hospitality and is out of the house 5 days a week.
✨ Ella works in consulting and usually works from home 2–3 days a week.

Both of us enjoy travelling, having a cosy night in and a fun night out! The flat is equal distance between London Fields Overground and Hackney Central Overground (6/7 min walk) so it’s super easy to get around. We both really love the area and have been in the flat for over a year. There are loads of amazing cafés, pubs, restaurants and parks right on our doorstep.

We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, up for the occasional drink, yap, or house dinner, while also respecting everyone’s own space.

The flat has a shared bathroom and an open-plan living room/kitchen that’s fully stocked with all the essentials: dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, air fryer, blender, TV etc are all free to use.
