Top floor duplex

A note from our flatmate moving out: I'm sadly leaving one of the best flats i've ever lived in to move on to pastures new. This is an amazing 4 bedroom flat located 5 min walk from Hackney Central station with the best flat mates ever.

Note that the rent is £1378/month excluding bills. Bills come to approx. £150/pm, which includes a fortnightly incredible cleaner.
Deposit is £1838.04 (but Spareroom is not letting me input the correct amount annoyingly).

You'll be living with Bex, 28, Faris 38, and Fergus, 33. They all love the flat and take great care of it, so we would like to make sure to find someone who is equally respectful of the place, yet is happy to socialise with everyone.

About the flat...

This a top floor duplex flat with bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. We have underfloor heating and lots of storage space for any of the bulky things that you might want to store outside of your room. There is a huge living space, with an open-plan kitchen and balcony.

About the room...
The room available is part-furnished; the bed and mattress are staying and there is a huge built-in wardrobe space. As with the rest of the flat, it has underfloor heating and is well noise-insulated from the outside world so it's comfortable all year around! You also get the best view overseeing East London, and sunrise on the morning.

A bit about us...

Bex, 28, is a project manager and there isn't a project she can't manage. She's a wizard at baking and there is always sweet treats on the side to try. She always has a fantasy book on the go is always up for a chat and a film on the projector.

Faris, 38, works at Supreme. He's always out and about doing something athletic or socialising. Always keen for a Sunday night TV series and he makes the best cups of tea ever. 

Fergus, 33, works in start up investing. He enjoys music, running, and generally stays active. He is often out at the weekend enjoying beers with mates.

Bex and Fergus work from home 1 to 3 days/week.
