Looking for a flatmate in cosy Hackney flat

Hi I’m leaving London and looking for a new flatmate to move in ideally by 16th August but can be flexible.

The house has a lovely, spacious kitchen and a massive garden, which is perfect for the summer. The vibe of the house is really cosy and sociable but, we also enjoy our downtime. We mostly share the common household essentials.

The location is fantastic, it’s just a 5 minute walk to Hackney Central, with great bus links around East London and easy access into Central London.

The landlord will need you to complete the usual referencing process, including salary and previous landlord/rent references.
