Large, bright double room for let on top (3rd) floor of beautiful converted block near Victoria Park with a garden shared between six flats (four in the main building and two smaller basement flats).

Room comes fully-furnished with king bed, desk, open wardrobe (and portable aircon unit for the summer months!). The flat consists of two large double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and living/dining space.

The smaller of the two rooms is occupied by Jay (26M), an easy-going social research professional. Looking for someone clean and respectful who is interested in moving is from mid-September until the new year while I’m on sabbatical (19 September 2026 - December 2026/January 2027, dates flexible).
